General Terms and Conditions

These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online apartment reservation service provided on these pages and through this website (the "service") are owned, operated and provided by ("", "", "us", "we" or "our") and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

These terms and conditions - as may be amended from time to time - apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

Rights and obligations of Guests

Reservation requires a reservation deposit to hold your reservation. The amount will depend on the apartment being booked.
Payment for the reservation deposit should be made via Pay Pal system with credit card, bank account transfer or Pay Pal balance. Rest of the payment is due in cash at check in to apartment. Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until has received the reservation deposit amount stated on the rates and terms information sheet of the booked apartment and you have received a Payment Receipt email from Please, note this email contains all your booking details such as exact location of apartment, contact details, balance due and all other arrival and departure instructions.


Once has confirmed the availability of one of its apartments, you will have to pay Reservation Deposit, a certain amount of the total rent fee of the stay via Pay Pal. In this case the remaining balance for the stay in the apartment has to be paid in CASH upon arrival (We only accept cash payments at check in). Please note all prices are fixed in New Israeli Shekel. Remaining Prices indicated in any other foreign currency exclusively informative for future. Future payments may change in these currencies because of the potential exchange rate changes.
There is possibility to pay the full rent fee by credit card in USD, EURO, GBP or ILS via Pay Pal in advance at booking. For details please, see the payment options on booking sheets.


Please note that the reservation deposit for all reservations is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel a reservation, there is a cancellation charge that will depend on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period.

- More than 90 days before: Only reservation deposit will be charged. 
- 60-89 days before: Reservation deposit plus 15% of the total amount. 
- 30-59 days before: Reservation deposit plus 30% of the total amount.
- Less than 30 days before or no show: 100% of the total amount.

In the event that you change the dates or apartment, it will be understood as a new stay and it shall be subject to the cancellation conditions.

It is strongly recommended that you purchase holiday cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to our clear and simple cancellation policy stated herein.

If should be unable to provide to the client the property he has booked, reserves the right to transfer client to a property of similar characteristics.

Security Deposit

Upon arrival guests will be asked to provide a security deposit as well as a valid credit card number to guarantee the safe return of the apartment and its contents. Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your party will be deducted from your security deposit and that you will also be liable for any excess damages. Depending on the apartment offered, a specific amount security deposit will be requested upon arrival. This security deposit will have to be paid in cash or by credit card via Pay Pal system. Please, see your confirmation email to see which method of payment is required.
Cash: All security deposits paid in cash will be refunded in full, at check-out, after inspection of the undamaged apartment.
Credit Card: All damage deposits paid by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment 6 to 8 days after your check-out date assuming the apartment is undamaged.


Please ensure that we have an updated arrival time for you so that we can plan for your check-in and keep your contact person informed about any delays or changes. Your contact person will be provided with your telephone number and email address should they need to contact you regarding your arrival time. You can send us this information via e-mail to

Your arrival and departure confirmation email clearly states where to meet your contact person on the day of your arrival. You should call your contact person on arrival at the airport (or 1 hour from destination city if travelling by car) and you will then be advised whether to:

Make your way to the apartment where you will be greeted by your check-in agent and given the keys and instructions for the apartment.

The apartment will be available from the stated check-in time on the booking sheet, but we will always try our best to accommodate earlier arrivals.


Departures are at stated check-out time or before.  Any unauthorized departures after check-out time can be penalized by the host. If you require a later departure please ask when you check-in if this is possible. On the departure day you should leave the apartment tidy with all rubbish correctly disposed of. Please leave ALL sets of keys on the table and shut the door firmly behind you after having made sure that you have all of your belongings and that the main door to the building has not been locked with a key!


The apartment shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client. When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition, with all rubbish disposed of correctly. If not, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. 

Number and identity of the guests 

The client will inform of the number of guests included within the booking. Unless otherwise agreed by the host only the number of persons indicated by the client when booking shall be authorized to use the apartment. The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment, except for children under two years of age. Pets are only allowed where permission has specifically been granted. In the event of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation. 


Please observe that Terms and Conditions with regard to disturbances, loud music and parties are very clear: ALL ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Guests staying in a apartment should know that if parties or loud music are heard, or neighbors complain and/or police are called, it can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night.
The client signing the check in form will be liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation. 
This will also result in loss of prepaid rent and refundable damage deposit. Also note that by booking with you have already accepted our terms and conditions and will therefore be expected to abide by these rules. 
You will also be expected to sign these rules upon check-in on your arrival day. 
We appreciate your collaboration in this matter and hope you understand that these rules are necessary as these apartments are all situated in residential buildings where people have to live and get up for work and the nightly rest of these inhabitants must be respected.



Rights and obligations of Hosts

Host declares that he is either the owner or has full authorization by the actual owner of the advertised property to rent it out and entitled to receive of rent payment.

Host agrees to accept bookings through the website which are made according to their listing and pricing.

Host agrees to entrust to collect and keep reservation deposits on accepted bookings up to 24 hours after the check-in.

Host agrees to select a payout method as he wishes to receive his payouts from Optional methods are paypal or international bank transfer. All payouts will be initiated 24 hours after check-in to the selected payout destination.

Host agrees to select a cancellation policy for each listing from the following options: strict, moderate ,semi-flexible,flexible, which will be applied for the made booking. 

In case of guest cancellation payout will be initiated according to the selected cancellation policy 24 hours after the original check-in time of the booking.

Host acknowledges that in extreme cases, Telaviv4rent may override the host`s cancellation policy. Such cases will be contingent on proper documentation, where valid, and include: Death in the guest's family, Serious illness of the guest or a guest's family member, Natural disaster in the destination country, Political unrest in the destination country, War in destination country, Jury duty or other similar civil obligation.

Host declares that all information given in his listings is true and accurate such as images, data, home-parameters, occupancy, location and contact details.

Host agrees to provide exact contact information such as email and mobile phone.

Host agrees that if any change occurs in the listed property's condition or equipment then Host changes the related information in the listing too.
Host is entitled to publish unlimited number of listings for free.

Host is entitled to turn on or off their listing any time, however obligated to provide previously booked apartments.

If Host provides unreal information, is entitled to remove the listing.

Host agrees to set pricing to each listing according to the season. Prices are subject to change until a booking is made on the specific listing.

Host agrees that all fees and surcharges must be indicated in the listing. Host is entitled to collect these charges. No additional unindicted cost can be charged to guest.

If indicated in the listing then Host is entitled to require a security deposit to ensure any damage into the property. It should be collected at check-in and refunded at check-out time, unless proven damage occurred. All damage should be reported to

Host agrees that the price of a previously accepted and closed booking cannot be changed afterwards.

Host agrees that previously accepted and closed reservation cannot subsequently be amended unilaterally.

Host is obligated to provide the booked property for the guest in the proper time and proper condition as was stated in the listing and in the booking confirmation.

If Host cannot provide the specific apartment, he should report it immediately to the customer and to and should do everything to provide alternative property with similar parameters that was originally listed. All alteration should be reported to

If Host is unable to provide the originally booked apartment or acceptable alternative, then is not entitled to receive any payout.

If unaccepted alteration occurs more than once by the host is entitled to impose penalty and to suspend account.

Host agrees that the rental contract is made between him and the guest according to the booking confirmation.

Host declares if there is any problem regarding a reservation, it immediately informs Telaviv4Rent and the guests. In these cases Telaviv4Rent facilitates the communication between the contracting parties.


Neither or the owner of the apartment shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behavior. 
In case of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.
